MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT ON THE OCCASION OF LAUNCHING OF FIRST NEWSLETTER OF BDA
In a developing country like ours, most of the time, it is not possible to be in crisis for blood. The population has to be made aware of the importance of blood to the well being of the individual. This message has to be conveyed to one and all. It is the prime mission of the Blood Donors Association to sensitise Mauritians about its importance. Since the existence of the Association, many activities have been organized to create awareness. My wish is that in future every Mauritian between 18 to 60 years becomes a regular blood donor.
