Citizen and Resident
The Citizen Sub-Portal is a gateway dedicated to providing useful information and services to the citizens in an integrated and timely manner.
   eServices - (Requires Internet Explorer 5.5 (SP2) or Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or Higher)

The top 10 eServices enable the submission of online applications, acknowledgement receipts and tracking of the status of applications submitted, amongst others. All online transactions are encrypted and secured. In order to make use of the eServices, applicants need to register online.

Application for Learner's Licence: This section enables the online application for a Learner's Driving Licence. The registered applicant needs to fill in the online Learner's Driving Licence form, which is then electronically submitted to the Traffic Branch Section of the Police Force for processing. ...More
