Application for the registration of a complaint at the Consumer Protection Unit
This e-service enables citizens to register complaints online to the Ministry for Consumer Protection and Citizens Charter against traders, retailers, supermarkets and pharmacies, etc, regarding prices, defective underweight/expired goods and after sales service etc,.

1. E-form applications require Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or a higher version to send online applications. The free version of Adobe Reader is available for download at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader
2. Fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled.
1. You need to have a valid email address to use this service.
2. To submit your application online, you need to register first. Please click here for online registration if you are not registered yet. Your login name and password will be emailed to you upon registration.
3. If you are already registered, please sign in by clicking on "Apply" and entering your login name and password.
