How to calculate your bill?

Water Charges

For Tariff 11 (Domestic Customers)

Volume per Living Quarter = Volume charged (0) / No. of Living Quarters (K)

Water Charges per Living Quarter = Apply Tariff 11 (J) to volume per Living Quarter

Water Charges = Water charges Per Living Quarter x No. of Living Quarters (K)

For Other Tariffs

Water Charges = Apply Tariff (J) to Volume Charged (0)

Meter Rent

Meter Rent is based on the meter size except for Domestic Customers (Tariff 11) where it is fixed to Rs 10.

Wastewater Charges

If wastewater charges applicable use same method as for calculating water charges

NOTE: Bills are computed on a pro-rata basis when new Tariffs are applied.
