Press release for State Land Rent Annual payment of rent in respect of Pas Géométrique and State Land leases should be made on 1 st July within the same month period, to the Cash Office, 2 nd Floor, SILWF Building, Edith Cavell Street, Port Louis after which interest at the legal rate of 8% per annum becomes due. Legal action is taken for non payment of rent. Those wishing to pay by cheque or postal order should indicate their names, addresses and phone numbers to facilitate their identifications. Those paying by cash should bring along a previous receipt or any document related thereto. Kindly note that the Finance Section of the Housing Management Unit (Ex-CHA leases), previously situated at Rose Hill has now moved to 2 nd Floor, SILWF Building, Edith Cavell Street, Port Louis. 24 November 2005
