Constitution of the Commission In accordance with the Local Government Service Commission Act 1975, as subsequently amended, the Local Government Service Commission is constituted of a Chairman and four other members appointed by the President of the Republic of Mauritius.
The Local Government Service Commission is presently constituted as follows:
