| Creation of Energy Services Division The Energy Services Division was created in 1981 by grouping the Hospital maintenance staff of the Ministry of Health & Quality of Life and the Electrical Section of the Telecommunication Department. Staffing The Division's staff comprises a Chief Engineer, one Deputy Chief Engineer, two Prinicipal Engineers, three Senior Electrical Engineers, staff of the Technician and Inspectorate grades, Electricians, Plant Mechanics, Tradesman's Assistants and supporting staff of the Finance & Stores, Personnel and General Services Cadres. Balloo Senior Technician | 4133652 | 4133652 | Flacq Hospital & District of Flacq | Our Standard of Services | | All requests for electrical works shall be forwarded to the Head Quarters which will be directed to the appropriate section within 5 days for appropriate action. | | | | | The section concerned will then carry out a survey within one week. | | | | | Departmental warrants will be requested from Ministries/Departments for the appropriate works to be carried out and the planning schedule for the execution of works requested will be specified. | | | | | On receipt of the departmental warrant, we will ensure that work will commence on site within two weeks. | | | | | If the work is beyond our capabilities we will assist you with the design and specifications for contracting out within 4 weeks (depending on the scope of work). | | | | | In cases where works cannot be performed during the normal working hours, we are prepared to work above the normal working hours against payment of overtime, subject to your agreement. | Customers' Responsibilities  | Ministries and Departments must ensure that funds are available for the works to be done. | | | | | In emergency cases we will ensure that the electrical works are carried out and a departmental warrant from the Ministry/Department should be forwarded within one week. | Dealing with your enquiry/complaints If you telephone us  | We will answer your calls within 3 rings. | | |  | Our staff will be courteous and identify themselves by name/section. | | | | | We will ensure that we provide you with the correct information. | If you write us If you have an appointment with us  | We will ensure that the appropriate officers see you on time. | | |  | We will answer your queries on the spot, but if we cannot, we will let you know why and when you can expect a reply. | Complaints and Feedback We shall make every effort to provide an efficient and effective service and welcome all suggestions and feedback from Ministries/Departments to further improve our services to you.
