The National Computer Board (NCB) and ARTIC of Reunion Island will soon sign a partnership agreement for the creation of a 'force des Mascareignes'( a common platform for Mauritius and Reunion island) in the ICT sector. A high-level delegation, HCL Technologies Limited - BPO Services from India, was in Mauritius on a fact-finding mission from 23 to 25 May 2007 to explore investment opportunities in the BPO sector.
