1 .BFSL ( BPML Freeport Services Ltd )
In November 2001, BPML incorporated a subsidiary company, BPML Freeport Services Ltd (BFSL) to develop and provide logistics and ancillary telecommunications facilities and services to operators trading under the Freeport, EPZ, Suspended Duty/Bonded regimes and to local enterprises.

2 .BOM (Bank of Mauritius)
The Bank of Mauritius was established in September 1967 as the Central Bank of the country.  It was modelled on the Bank of England and was, in effect, set up with the assistance of senior officers of the Bank of England.

3. Enterprise Mauritius
Enterprise Mauritius is a collaborative partnership between industry and government that aims to help businesses in Mauritius expand into regional and international markets, and at the same time develop their internal capability to meet the challenges of international competition.

4. Board of Investment (BOI)
As Mauritius Opens to the World, transforming itself into a competitive global business platform, the Board of Investment has put at the service of the international business community a personalized range of services, free of charge, to attract international investment and talents in the country. BOI is the national investment promotion agency falling under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance.

5.FSC ( Financial Services Commission)
The Financial Services Commission is an independent regulatory authority established under the Financial Services Development Act (FSDA) 2001 to monitor the provision of non-bank financial services.

6 .FSPA (Financial Services Promotion Agency)
The Financial Services Promotion Agency was set up on 1st December 2001 by Act of Parliament under the Financial Services Development Act 2001. The Agency is a body corporate administered and managed by a Board and funded by the Government of the Republic of Mauritius.

7 .IVTB (Industrial & Vocational Training Board)
The Industrial and Vocational Training Board is a parastatal organisation operating presently under the aegis of the Ministry of Training, Skills Development, Employment and Productivity.

8 .MFA ( Mauritius Freeport Authority)
MFA's mission is to promote and encourage Freeport trade, including transit and entrepot trade and to to position Mauritius as a logistics, marketing and distrbution hub in the region

10 .MSB (Mauritius Standards Bureau)
The Mauritius Standards Bureau was established as a division of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry by the Standards Act of 1975.

11 .SEM ( Stock Exchange of Mauritius)
The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM), was incorporated in Mauritius on March 30, 1989 as a private limited company. The mission of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd., a privately owned organisation with a public mandate, is to operate and promote an efficient, liquid, fair, transparent, and co-regulated securities market in Mauritius

12 .SIC (State Investment Corporation)
The State Investment Corporation is the investment arm of the Republic of Mauritius

13 .SEHDA (The Small Enterprises & Handicraft Development Authority)
The Small Enterprises & Handicraft Development Authority (SEHDA) was created following the merger of the Small & Medium industries Development Organisation (SMIDO) and the National Handicraft Promotion Agency (NHPA). The aim of the merger is to rationalize and optimize the use of resources dedicated to the small business sector in Mauritius.

14 .UOM (University of Mauritius)
The University of Mauritius comprises 5 faculties: Agriculture, Engineering, Law and Management, Science, Social Studies and Humanities.

15 .UTM (University of Technology,Mauritius)
The Government of Mauritius approved the setting up of the University of Technology, Mauritius in January 2000 and The University of Technology, Mauritius Act was proclaimed on 21st June 2000. The initial phase of the project consisted in the merging of the MIPAM and the SITRAC Ltd.
