You may apply to amend details of your passport for the following reasons:

»	Change of Name by marriage or otherwise.
»	Change in Profession.
»	Extension of validity whereby the validity of passport is less than 10 years (Adult Passports issued with restricted validity).

Procedures:

Applicant to submit the following to the Passport office:

»	A duly filled Endorsement Form (Available at Passport and Immigration Main Office or may be download from the PIO Website- http//:passport.gov.mu
»	Documentary evidence to substantiate request
»	Payment of Rs. 100/- fee.

Note: The amendment will be put as an Observation on your passport.
