Public-Private Partnership Legislation
The PPP Act 2004 was proclaimed in March 2005. It provides for the implementation of Public Private Partnership Agreements between Contracting Authorities and private parties and establishes a set of rules governing public-private procurement.
Contracting Authority stands for any Ministry or Government Department, Local Authority or Statutory Corporation.
The PPP Act was amended in July 2008.
