Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre has five permanent galleries of interactive exhibits that provide visitors with an enlightening and entertaining experience on the origin of universe, origin of Mauritius, the environment and resources of Mauritius, new technologies and a hands-on introduction to the world of science. In addition, a temporary exhibition gallery hosts exhibits on a specific scientific theme on a regular basis. While these form the exhibition areas inside the science centre, the sprawling garden outside takes the shape of a "Science Park" challenging visitors to explore science while playing with exhibits.
