Application for Importation of Radiation Sources It is mandatory to hold a valid Import Permit issued by the RPA prior to the importation of any source of ionising radiation. Any person who intends to import a radiation source should submit a duly filled-in application form to this Authority for authorisation. Click here to download a copy of the Application Form Application for Exportation of Radioactive Sources It is mandatory to hold a valid Export Permit issued by the RPA prior to the exportation of any radioactive source. Any person who intends to export a radioactive source is therefore requested to submit a duly filled-in application form to this Authority. Click here to download a copy of the Application Form Radiological Incident/Accident Notification The Authority should be notified, as soon as practicable, but within 24 hours, of any radiological incident/accident which involved sources of ionising radiation. Radiation users are advised to use the Notification Form to request assistance from this Authority in cases of radiological incident/accident.
