The Valuation Department is divided into the following sections:

• The Valuation Section
  The Valuation Section deals with valuation of immoveable properties for different purposes.
  The section is divided into a number of subsections on a region wise basis with each subsection falling under the responsibility of a senior valuer.

• The Personnel section

• The Registry
