DOCUMENTATION UNIT

The availability of up-to-date and accurate information should be viewed as an indispensable and vital element in all ministries where key officers are actually involved in policy and decision-making. Without information no management is possible, nor will there be any cost effectiveness. The Ministry's documentation section is always actively involved in the collection and dissemination of information to all the staff of the Ministry at headquarters and outstations, to other ministries and organisations and to bona fide research workers.
