| At a ceremony on 26th March 2010, at the seat
of the Ministry of Renewable Energies and Public Utilities at
Air Mauritius Building in Port Louis, the CCM signed the second
of several Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) that it is required
under the Competition Act to conclude with sector regulators.
This second MOU, with the Ministry of Renewable Energies and
Public Utilities, was signed by Mr John Davies, CEO, for the
CCM, and Mrs V. Nababsing, Permanent Secretary, for the Ministry
