Avinash Ramtohul has been working for Oracle over 6 years in Middle East and Africa. He presently has the role of Cluster Leader Technology Consulting for English Speaking Africa. He started his tertiary education with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Pune, India, then embarked on a Masters Diploma in Computer Management. He later obtained a Scholarship, offered by the Government of Mauritius, to study at Bristol University, England for an MSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering. He then pursued his studies with the University of Mauritius to qualify for an MBA. He is concluding his PhD in E-Government at the University of Mauritius.
