Award for the Best Anti-Corruption Framework 2010

“Public recognition of the evils of corruption and the determination of all stakeholders to have a clean public service and a healthy business environment are fundamental in our common objective to become a corrupt-free nation.”

This is an extract of the speech of H.E. Mrs Monique Ohsan Bellepeau, G.O.S.K., Vice-President of the Republic of Mauritius at the award ceremony of the Best Anti-Corruption Framework 2010. The award recognises organisations for their drive to consolidate their anti-corruption infrastructure through systems enhancement and adoption of best practices. The winners of the 3rd edition of the Award are:

GRAND WINNER
Mauritius Revenue Authority in recognition for its dedication to safeguard organisational integrity and prevent corruption through the adoption of best practices
CRITERIA WINNERS
	Management Commitment	Mauritius Revenue Authority	In recognition for deep management commitment towards building integrity in systems and processes as well as setting the right ethical concern amongst employees
	Risk Management	Information & Communication Technologies Authority	In recognition for commitment to act proactively by adopting risk management in core or peripheral areas thereby addressing corruption risks emanating from loopholes in systems and processes
	Transparency	Information & Communication Technologies Authority	In recognition for setting comparatively high level transparency and documented systems
	Accountability	Mauritius Ports Authority	In recognition for adopting comparatively high level accountability mechanisms
	Integrity Management	Mauritius Revenue Authority	In recognition for commitment to promote integrity amongst employees
