Ongoing Activities
Consultative Meetings
For the purpose of updating and finalizing the Management plan for the Le Morne Cultural Landscape to be sent to UNESCO in January 2007, consultative meetings have been undertaken since August 2006. These meetings have been held at the Le Morne Village and in other areas of Mauritius with the various stakeholder groups, in order to comment on, share, change and update the proposed ideas for the management of the site in the draft management plan.
