CITY AND GUILDS JUNE 2010 EXAMINATIONS

ENGINEERING COUNCIL MAY 2010 EXAMINATIONS

1.	Entries and late entries for the above examinations, from external candidates, will be received between 09 00 hours and 14 00 hours at the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate, Reduit, as follows:

2.	Prospective candidates are requested to call in person at the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate, Reduit, to fill in the Entry Forms and pay the necessary fees. They should produce their National Identity Card and original Birth Certificate.
2.1	Candidates under eighteen should produce their original Birth Certificate and either the Identity/Admission Card issued by the MES together with one passport-size photograph or two recent passport-size photographs bearing their name and signature. The photograph/s should be signed by an authorised person, list of whom is available at the Technical Examinations Section (phone no. 4038400 ext. 123 / 307) or on our website (http://mes.intnet.mu).
3.	Candidates entering for the City and Guilds Examinations and who have previously taken the examinations should also produce their Notification of Candidate Enrolment Number.
4.	Candidates entering for the Engineering Council Examinations should produce their Notification of Candidate Enrolment Form and Evidence of Registration with the Engineering Council.
5.	The Fees for the examinations are as follows:

		Late Entry Fee		:	Rs310/-	Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma (theory)		:	£ 96.70 per component
5.1	For the Engineering Council fee, payment should be made by bank draft drawn to the order of City and Guilds.
6. Qualification 7430 - Quality Assurance Examination will be withdrawn after December 2010 (more information are available on the MES Website).
NO ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MONDAY 08 MARCH 2010.
