IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES UNDER EIGHTEEN FOR PAYMENT OF EXAMS

Candidates under eighteen should produce their original Birth Certificate and

 

either (a)  the Identity/Admission Card issued by the MES together with one
passport-size photograph.

 

or       (b) two recent passport-size photographs

 

                      bearing their name and signature.

 

 

The photograph/s should be countersigned by a person who has known them personally for at least two years and who is either

 

-            Member of the National Assembly

-            Medical Practitioner

-            Barrister-at-Law

-            Attorney-at-Law

-           Notary Public

-           Bank Manager

-            Principal of a Recognised Educational Institution

-           Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent or

-           Officer in the Public Service not below the rank of Administrative Officer/

Assistant Secretary

 

The person countersigning the photographs should give his own particulars as follows: Name, Designation and Signature.
