This unit provides the following services:

(i) Issue of Statement of Results
(ii) Verification of results
(iii) Authentication of copies of certificates
(iv) Statement of Ranking
(v) Certifying Statement of Results from C.I.E.
In case you have lost
your educational certificates for which MES
has conducted the examination, you may:
Apply for a Statement of Result
How?
By calling in person at the Records Section of
the MES along with your NIC to fill in the prescribed Form.
(The form can also be downloaded here
and completed at your site before coming to the MES)
In case you are unable to come please request the delegated person to produce the following:
(i) a letter of authorisation (from you)
(ii) your NIC and his/hers.
In case you are below the age of 18, you may request your parent to apply on your behalf.
The following documents are required:
(a) National Identity Card
(b) Birth Certificate
Is there a fee to be paid? YES
Statement of result - MES
Statement of Result (1st copy) : Rs315/-
Additional copy :Rs158/-
Mode of Receipt
(i) Can be collected by the applicant at the office.
(ii) Delegated person (with proof of identification).
(iii) By post if request is made on application form.
(ii) Verification of Results
MES will provide with charge, on request from recognised institutions detailed results on a candidate. Such requests for verification of results must be addressed to the Director at any time.
(iii) Authentication of Copies of Certificates
Original of certificate should be produced.
Applicants may avail of a certified true copy (photocopy) of the original
certificate. A service fee of Rs158/- per copy will be charged. Applicants
will be required to fill in the prescribed form.
(iv) Statement of Ranking
Candidates may avail themselves of Statements of Ranking either Subjectwise or by Scholarship Rank Order against a fee of:
(i) One subject : Rs315/-
Additional copy : Rs158/-
(ii) More than one subject : Rs525/-
Additional copy : Rs263/-
(iv) Certifying Statement of Results from Cambridge International Examinations (CIE)
(i) A Certifying Statement is an official document issued by CIE which shows the grades obtained by a candidate in a given examination session. The Certifying Statement is fully endorsed by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge.
A candidate/applicant may apply for a Certifying Statement of Results on the certifying Statement Application Form available at the section. (The form can also be downloaded here and completed at your site before coming to the MES)
(ii) The undermentioned fees will be charged on submission of application form.
