APPEAL

The Bureau has established procedures where any person, applicant or of registered firm who is aggrieved by any decision of the Director or the Standards Council, including a decision to refuse an application, suspend or revoke a certificate, shall give notice in writing to the Minister of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises of the desire to appeal against such decision.
