Our testing laboratories operate in the fields of Engineering and Chemical Technology.

  
     
ENGINEERING DIVISION CHEMICAL DIVISION  
The Engineering division is divided into four sections : The Chemical division is divided into four sections  
  :  
Mechnical Engineering Chemical Technology  
Civil Engineering Fibre Technology  
Electrical and Elecrtonic Engineering Food and Agriculture  
Non-Destructive Testing & Metallurgy Food Microbiology  
     
The role of each of the Division's four sections is to provide :
     

• specialised testing services, on a contract or ad-hoc basis, to any interested party

• technical advice and guidance

• technical input and advice to the Standards Development Division for the formulation of Mauritian Standards

• assessment resources to the Quality Assurance Division.
