About 350 Foreign delegates are expected to attend the Forum as follows:-

(i) 8- member delegation from each of the 36 eligible Sub-Saharan African countries

            (ii) 50 to 75 Official representatives from USA

            (iii) Some 30 representatives of Public and Private Institutions/Associations
