Participation of the Cyber Caravan in specific events
In addition to attending requests, the NCB also organizes ICT Events targeted towards:

Disabled Persons
The National Computer Board provides ICT literacy and ICT Awareness Courses to disabled persons of different handicapped centers through the Training and Employment of Disabled Person Board. For this purpose, one IT Coach is booked during the last week of each month

Senior Citizens (In Collaboration with Senior Citizens Council)
The National Computer Board has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Senior Citizen Council to provide a 30 hr training on Information Technology Introductory Courses targeted to Senior Citizens of different localities which will be selected by the Senior Citizen Council. The Course will be delivered to 9-10 participants per session.

Students
The National Computer Board, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research is working on a project to provide ICT Awareness Programme for Children in primary schools of different regions. For this purpose, two IT Coaches are reserved on the second week of each month for the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research except for the month of April, August, November and December where there are school holidays

Unemployed
This training is usually done for unemployed people of different regions across Mauritius. The training are usually ICT Literacy Courses and certificates of attendance are issued to those participants who have followed the 20 hr course. Different lists of participants are obtained from the Ministry of Training, Skills Development and Productivity where a short list is prepared

Women (In Collaboration with the Ministry of Women's Rights, Child Development and Family Welfare)
The National Computer Board has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Women's Rights, Child Development and Family Welfare to provide a 30 hr training on Information Technology Introductory Courses targeted to housewives of different localities which will be selected by the Ministry of Women's Rights, Child Development and Family Welfare
