  Notice is hereby given that BNPI MAURITIUS TRUST CORPORATION LTD

[“BNPI”] incorporated on 30 June 1998 and licensed on 30 July 1998 as a Management Company has ceased to conduct business as a Management Company.

 

BNPI is no longer entitled to set up, administer and manage Global Business Companies and/or to act as a Qualified Trustee.  BNPI has made all appropriate arrangements to transfer its client companies.

 

BNPI has - with effect from 26 June 2003 - been voluntarily wound up and dissolved under section 296 of the Companies Act 1984.
