FSC launches consultation on Draft Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Service Providers (Non-Financial)

 

The FSC invites views from interested parties on Draft Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Service Providers (Non-Financial).  The proposed Guidelines have regard to sector specific issues and are designed to supplement the National Code of Corporate Governance which was issued by the National Committee on Corporate Governance established under the Financial Reporting Act 2004.
