FSC issues revised draft of the proposed Insurance (Insurance Brokers) Rules 2008

 

Following consultations with stakeholders, including the Insurers Association and the Brokers Association, the Financial Services Commission is pleased to issue a revised draft of the proposed Insurance (Insurance Brokers) Rules 2008 for final consultation.

 

The Commission invites comments from all stakeholders.
