Insurance Business
The Insurance Act 2005 was proclaimed and came into force on 28 September 2007. The Insurance (Amendment) Act 2007 which amends the Insurance Act 2005 was also proclaimed on the same date. Accordingly, the Insurance Act 1987 is repealed.
