Notice is hereby given that the registration of Leadway Insurance Co. Ltd as an insurer has this day been suspended and that Mr. L. Clency Appavoo, FCCA,  of Appavoo & Associates, Appavoo Business Centre, 29 Bis, Mère Barthélemy Street, Port Louis, has been appointed as administrator in relation to the whole business of the company under Sections 47 (1) and 50 of the Insurance Act 1987.
