FSC issues Circular Letter on the National Code of Corporate Governance

 

The Financial Services Commission has issued, on 22 July 2005, a Circular Letter to remind all licensees of their obligations arising under the Code of Corporate Governance which has been issued by the National Committee on Corporate Governance in accordance with section 65(c) of the Financial Reporting Act 2004.
