Workshop on “Business incubators and
the development of the ICT Sector”
The National Computer Board organised a
full-day workshop on 15th December 2005 on “Business Incubators and the development of the ICT Sector”.
The
purpose of this workshop was to discuss with the different
stakeholders on issues relating to start-ups in the field of ICT
and business incubators.
The workshop was organized in the context of the project
“Support for new and potential start-up incubators in the field
of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)”. The event
was organised in collaboration with the UNDP. The venue of this
workshop was at Swami Vivekananda Convention Centre, Conference
Room No 3, Domaine les Pailles.
The workshop was inaugurated by Honourable Etienne Sinatambou, Minister of Information Technology
and Telecommunications.
70 – 80 participants attended the workshop.
