ICT PROMOTION

In view of promoting Mauritius as a competitive location for ICT activities, marketing the Mauritian ICT industry abroad and assisting local operators with establishing contacts and partnerships with potential customers, joint venture partners and outsourcers, the NCB regularly participates in international events, such as the Salon Européen des Centres des Contacts et de la Relation Client (SECA) held in Paris each year, and proposes to participate in other fairs like the Birmingham Call Centre Expo in the UK , the Bangalore IT Fair, EBIT in Madagascar, Cyber in Reunion Island and COMDEX in South Africa.
