A National Organising Committee has been set up under the chairmanship of Mr Harry Ganoo, Secretary to Cabinet and Head of the Civil Service, to look into the logistics support Mauritius will provide for the Meeting.

Officers from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade & Cooperation and from other Ministries form part of the Committee.
