Delegates will be received at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport upon their arrival.

Ministers will be welcomed in the State Lounge. Other delegates will proceed through the normal arrival lounge.

The Conference Secretariat will assist delegates with immigration and customs formalities. Delegations should, however, designate an officer to facilitate clearance of luggage.

Special arrangements will be made for the arrival and departure of Heads of State and Government.
