The host Government will provide collective transport to all delegates, Conference staff and Media personnel from the airport to the hotels, and from the hotels to the Conference Centre and back.

Heads of State and Government, as well as Heads of Ministerial Delegation will be provided with special transport facilities on arrival and departure, and during the Meetings.

No refund will be provided in respect of delegates making their own transport arrangements.
