Other Welfare Activities (RCEL)

The following schemes are financed by the Royal Commonwealth Ex-Services Leagues (RCEL): Walking Frames Financial assistance to those who are highly dependent on medication and who use diapers almost everyday

Note: Given the limited and one-off grant which the RCEL puts at the disposal of the Trust Fund, the above schemes are considered on a temporary basis and exclusively upon the recommendation of medical officers effecting domiciliary medical visits.
