The National Computer Board participated in the Birmingham Call Centre Expo, which was held on 29 and 30 September 2004.

The Call Centre Expo is the largest and most successful event of its kind in both the UK and Europe and was in its 6th year. Over 250 leading suppliers and major players in the industry of call centre products and services choose to exhibit at the show, making it the largest networking event and most effective source of information for this industry.
As part of the objectives of the National Computer Board to E-POWER BUSINESSES, the NCB published a catalogue of profiles of Call Centres operating in Mauritius which was distributed freely on the Mauritian stand at the Birmingham Call Centre Expo.
