Brainstorming Session for the elaboration of an ICT Action for Rodrigues- 3 September 2004

The National Computer Board organised a brainstorming session for the
elaboration of an ICT Action for Rodrigues on the 3 September 2004 at the
Commission of Education and Training. This workshop
was a follow-up of the report prepared by the National Computer Board on
the ICT Status for Rodrigues in October 2003.

The purpose of the brainstorming session was to gather maximum information
from the various stakeholders in the ICT sector operating in Rodrigues for
drafting of an ICT Action Plan.

The session was organised at the Commission for Education and Training,
Human Resource Centre, Malabar and there 18 participants. The delegation
form Rodrigues comprised of Mr K.Mohee, Executive Director, National
Computer Board, Mr V.Gondeea, PAS, Ministry of Information Technology and
Telecommunication and Mr R.Seebaluck, Assistant Manager, National Computer
Board.
