The National Computer Board
is inviting proposals for carrying out an IT Security Audit
of the Government Online Centre.
-
Bidders may obtain tender
documents from the office of the NCB or by downloading
here
-
Bidders should submit a original
bid security of Rs 30,000 with their technical proposal. The Bid
Security shall be in the form of a tender bond or bank guarantee
in the name of National Computer Board issued by a local
commercial bank and valid for 150 days beyond the closing date
of the RFP.

The technical and financial
proposals shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes
marked “Proposals For IT Security Audit” and bearing the
following reference number Ref 26/0405 on the top left hand
corner by the 14th April 2005
at 3.00 pm and
addressed to:
The Executive Director,
National Computer Board,
7th Floor, La Poudriere
Street,
Port Louis.

All proposals should be deposited
in the tender box at the reception of the
National Computer Board, on
7th floor, Stratton Court, La Poudrière Street, Port Louis. All
proposals received after this specified date and time shall not
be considered.

Your proposal shall remain valid
for a period of 120 days beyond the closing date of the tender.

The NCB reserves the right to (a)
accept or reject any bid (b) annul the RFP process and reject
all bids, at any point of time, prior to the award of contract,
without thereby incurring (i) any liability towards any bidder,
or (ii) any obligation to inform the bidder, about the grounds
of such action and (c) not to order all the items.
