  1. The NATIONAL COMPUTER BOARD (NCB) invites proposals from potential bidders for conducting assessment on ICT Indicators for the National Computer Board as detailed in the tender document Ref: RFP No 14/0405.
  1. Bidders may obtain tender documents from the office of the NCB, 7th floor, Stratton Court, La Poudriere Street, Port Louis. Tel No.: (230) 210 5520 Fax: (230) 212 4240 or by downloading the Tender Documents and the ICT Indicator Report Annex VII of the RFP
  1. All proposals must be accompanied by an original bid security of MUR 45,000
  1. The technical and financial proposals should be sealed in separate inner envelopes clearly labeled “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” respectively and each envelope bearing the name and address of the company. Each of the two inner envelopes should be placed in a common sealed outer envelope bearing the words “Studies on ICT Indicators Ref: RFP No 14/0405” on the top left hand corner addressed to the Executive Director, National Computer Board should be deposited in the Tender Box situated in the National Computer Board’s Office, 7th Floor, Stratton Court, La Poudriere Street, Port Louis, Mauritius.  
  1. The Closing date for submission of proposal is the 13th May 2005 at 15.00 hours (local time) at latest. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
  1. The NCB reserves the right (a) to split the tender (b) accept or reject any proposal (c) to do part procurement i.e to award the contract for a reduced scope and (d) to annul the tender process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the contract, without thereby incurring any
    1. Liability towards any bidder, or
    2. Obligation to inform any bidder of the grounds for its action.
