Open Advertised Bidding – VOEGF/1/2012/OAB
The Vallée d’Osterlog Endemic Garden Foundation invites sealed bid from eligible and local qualified bidders for VOEGF/1/2012/OAB – Setting up of Basic Amenities at Vallée d’Osterlog.
2. Qualification requirements include:
(i) valid Trading Licence or equivalent; and
(ii) Business Registration Card.
3. The works are more fully described in the bidding documents. Bidders will be assessed with respect to Contractor’s experience, capability and availability of resources, as more fully spelt out in the bidding documents.
4. Bidding documents may be obtained during working hours, against payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs2,000/- per set as from 23 May 2012 from 09 30 to 12 00 hrs and from 13 00 to 15 30 hours during weekdays at the following address:

5. A site visit will be held at 10 00 hours on 13 June 2012 at Vallée d’Osterlog (The Meeting point is the Foundation’s Office at Wooton, Eau Coulée at 09 30 hours) for prospective bidders to take cognizance of the scope of works. Prospective bidders are requested to confirm their attendance for the site visit by calling on phone no. 670 4088 / 670 9882 /670 2736 by 15 30 hours on 12 June 2012 at latest.
6. Any clarifications sought by any bidder in respect of the procurement shall be addressed in writing to Officer-in-Charge, Vallée d’Osterlog Endemic Garden Foundation Wooton, Eau Coulée, so as to reach the Foundation at least fourteen (14) days before the deadline for submission of the bids.
7. Bids shall be deposited in the Tender Box located at the address indicated at paragraph 7(a) below and will be opened in the Conference Room of the Foundation in the presence of bidders / representatives who choose to attend at the address given at para 7 (b).

8. The Vallée d’Osterlog Endemic Garden Foundation reserves the right to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the contract as per provision at section 39 (1) of the Public Procurement Policy Act 2006.
