Though the west is the most desolate part of the island, it is not deprived of interest. The landscapes are rude, a little bit like those of the Irish Connemara. A few hundred meters from La Ferme, Pistache offers a fantastic view on the steep cliffs and the rare houses of Baie Topaze.
