Festivities have an important role in the social life of the Rodriguans. In December, the Creole Festival hosts hundreds of artists. The program includes handicraft exhibition, mode, tasting of culinary specialities and a concert of Indian Ocean music.
The accordion day, the 15th of August, is also very popular. On that day, more than 50 accordionists group for activities. |
